Although we had booked a room with a Bund view, we were pleasantly upgraded to an Executive King Room on a higher floor, complete with a stunning Bund view. Additionally, the inclusion of the international buffet breakfast was a delightful bonus that we truly appreciated. Rick also went above and beyond by making special arrangements for our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. His hospitality was exceptional and added a personal touch to our experience. The Room: The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and well-appointed. Instead of tell us all she also upgraded our room in higher floor. my ratings for this hotel is 5/5. Relationship officer my rating would be 10/10.
